Electronic diffusion of thesis at Rennes 2 University
The University of Rennes 2 has voted for the compulsory deposit and distribution in electronic form of theses defended as of 1 September 2011. The aim of this system is to enhance the value of research work and to promote access to it. It also proposes a permanent archiving of electronic versions of theses at the CINES (Centre Informatique National de l'Enseignement Supérieur).
These provisions are governed by the decree of 7 August 2006, relating to the modalities of deposit, reporting, reproduction, dissemination and conservation of theses or works presented in defence with a view to the doctorate.
